이 연구는 한국보훈복지의료공단 산하 병원에 근무하는 의료기사 직종을 대상으로 감정노동, 직무만족, 소진의 관련성을 분석했습니다. 임상병리사, 방사선사, 물리치료사, 치과위생사 등 직종별 특성을 구분하여 살펴보았고, 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인이 직종에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 확인했습니다. 결과는 의료기사 인력관리와 소진 예방에서 직종별 맞춤형 접근이 필요함을 시사합니다.
